Why we grow organic.
The world is beset with major problems: climate change and fossil fuel depletion being two of the biggest. Our aim is to help combat these. We want to provide our local communities with affordable, organically-grown produce with a high nutritional value; to build soil fertility and biodiversity; to reduce dependence on fossil fuels; to reduce carbon emissions; and to educate and set an example of how to live more ethically and sustainably. We believe that each of us must do what we can, however small, to make our planet liveable for future generations. Buying local, organic food is a step in the right direction.
